Biollante, one of Godzilla's adversaries from the series of movies. This is part of the huge commission for :iconevysther:, I'm sure he will be happy to see a little glimpse of this. :XD:

The main reason for me posting this WIP is because this has been my favorite character so far in drawing this, I really am happy with it. And another reason is to display what I did with my new pen nibs that I bought from :iconsnigom: =) I :heart: them, so many effects can be achieved, and the flow, control, and consistency are awesome. :nod: I very well worth purchase!

Anyway, if anyone wants to see what is going on around Biollante, here is a bigger view of the surrounding area. [link]

And here is a picture of the lone nib I found cleaning -- [link] I used this nib a little bit, but mostly used the R. Esterbrook #923 Radio Pen from the set. =)

Wow! You know I commented on this before...but I guess DA must have errored and not posted it.

But this kicks SERIOUS @$$!!! :omg: You've blown away my simple inking that is for sure!!!

The #923 is a great pen. :nod: I cannot wait until I can get a surplus of Elastic Pens to sell. They kick butt too.

DA must have errored it or something, because I didn't get a message. :shrug: Anyway, thank you very much for the comment!! I have pretty much decided to do this whole thing with nibs, I'm so impressed with the texture and effects that can be achieved with them, and I really need something that can do that with this commission...all the scales, teeth, fins, etc. lol. =)

Those Elastic Pens sound interesting, I would probably want to get one when I have the money. :nod: And I did bookmark you website about the nibs, so I will keep checking back. =D

Wow this is amazing so far! I just checked the one part that you got up in your scraps and this is crazy! You definately gotta keep me updated on this one, its gonna be awesome when its done for sure.
